Dear all,
You might have notice the site haven’t been updated for some time now. I am here to inform you that I have decided to let this site come to a close since 1996. This is simply a personal decision without any influence from anyone, anything, whatsoever. So, to me, this is a happy ending, for I had the greatest time reporting Sandy’s news and interacting with Sandy fans through the net after all these years. You have no idea how much joy I have had through this. Thank you again for your support and love!
But this is no goodbye, I will continue updating the Sandy Lam Fan Page on Facebook and Twitter Page, and of course, we still have Sandy & Me as well as Sandy Lam Fan Club around plus many more dedicated fan sites. OurSandyLam.com and OSL Gallery will remain online for the time being, who knows, I might relaunch it one day in a different way.

Sandy Lam has travelled to Yunnan, China these days doing some charity works for the Save The Children organization. She will be stay there for a few days, and there will be a follow up event in October.

Sandy Lam just made a short film with WWF in promoting Low-carbon Offife Operation Programme (LOOP). The promotional film will be premiered later in the winter, as well as WWF official website and Facebook page.

沒有新歌，沒有嘉賓，沒有華麗的舞台，沒有多少說話的空檔，但是全場的觀眾歌迷都熱情高漲，而且大部分都是從香港到來澳門，為的是專程聽她──林憶蓮的歌聲。
不知是因為在澳門舉行的關係，還是大家認為應該沒有狗仔隊會在門口徘徊，許多名人、藝人和富豪第二代、新生代，當晚都肆無忌憚的呼朋喚友，甚至和同性、異性朋友親暱的入場，是晚的金光綜藝館，台上台下同樣精采。
整晚的演唱會是以快歌為主，憶蓮一出場已經要大家準備和她跳舞，結果第四首歌開始，已有部分歌迷急不及待的站起來，隨歌起舞；隨後的大部分歌曲，不論是國粵語或英文歌，都是節拍強勁的歌曲。在她和舞蹈員的帶動下，滿場的觀眾不但大多已站立起舞，還和她一起唱和，將場館內的氣氛推向一個又一個的高潮。
於是我想起了她這兩年雖然作品減少了，但仍然活躍於不同的音樂活動，想到她在香港舉行的演唱會，想到近年來有關她在世界各地巡迴演唱會的熱烈反應，在這些影像畫面的交叉之間，我看到的是她的歷程出現了一條嶄新的路向，一條打破界限和距離的新嘗試所開拓出來的路向。
這晚舞台上的憶蓮，讓我們看到她在音樂上的成績，清越嘹亮的歌聲，在沒有樂曲伴奏下的清唱，和那毫無難度的準確高音，她就如一位出色的廚師，任何她認為合適的材料，不管是何人的歌曲、音樂作品或多媒體，甚至時裝、髮型等，都可以兼容並蓄，融為一體。如今次最為突出的電影歌曲串連部分，那些動人心弦的情歌，配合經典電影片段，原來都只是用來成就她那完美的演繹，另外三位和音和音樂總監，也可以是節目表演的一部分。
這在在顯示她已經擺脫了自○四年《上海回味》至○五年《夜色無邊》的摸索，而將○七年《live 07》的新嘗試圓滿歸結，終於確立屬於憶蓮的音樂盛宴。
